No. Under Australian Consumer Law, using compatible cartridges does not void your printer warranty. However, manufacturer policies may vary, and we recommend checking your printer warranty terms if unsure.
Yes. We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners including Australia Post and CouriersPlease, depending on location and product type.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Metro areas: typically 2–5 business days
Regional areas: may take longer depending on courier services
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) are usually dispatched the same business day for in-stock items.
Orders placed after cutoff time or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
